Custom Order Info
Most of our pieces are ready to ship exactly as you see them. But sometimes a nursery needs something a little different — a different shade, one more cloud, a name on the wall, or a mobile designed from scratch. We love those requests.
What we can customize
We work with you on details like:
- Colors — match your nursery palette, swap shades, mix neutrals
- Quantity — more clouds, extra stars, the exact set that fits your wall
- Size — when the standard option doesn't quite work for your space
- Mobile design — custom color combinations, different elements, or a design you have in mind
- Personalization — your baby's name on a night light, in your choice of length

How it works
Timeline
Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders take around 2 weeks on average — more complex pieces may take a little longer. We'll always confirm your exact timeline before you pay. No surprises.
Photo & video confirmation
Want to see your piece before it ships? Just ask. We're happy to send a photo or short video of the finished item for your approval.
Cancellation
Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After that, production has likely already begun and we're unable to cancel.
Returns & refunds
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, or we made an error — we will make it right. Just reach out as soon as possible and we'll figure it out together.
