Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you received. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unused, with all original packaging intact. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase handy.
To start a return, reach out to us at shopchildecor@gmail.com — we'll review your request and send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we won't be able to process unrequested returns.
Where to send your return:
- US customers — returns are sent to our warehouse in Florida.
- EU customers — returns are sent to our storage facility in Kyiv region, Ukraine.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error — in that case, we'll cover the return shipping.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us right away at shopchildecor@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns on personalized or made-to-order items — pieces created with a custom name, individual design, or non-standard dimensions. Since these are made especially for you, they can't be restocked or resold.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out before purchasing — we're happy to clarify.
Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange an item: return the original (once accepted), and place a new order separately. This keeps things fast and accurate on both sides.
EU Customers - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank may take additional time to process and post the credit.
