Processing Time
Before your order ships, we prepare and pack it:
- Items shipped from our US Warehouse — ready within 1 business day
- Items shipped from Ukraine — ready within 1–3 business days

How to Know Where Your Item Ships From
Each product listing clearly states the shipping origin:
- Ships from: US Warehouse — ships from Florida. Available for US delivery only. EU and Canadian customers ordering this item will receive it from Ukraine.
- Ships from: Ukraine — ships from Ukraine to all destinations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at shopchildecor@gmail.com.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
