Our baby mobiles are designed for visual stimulation and are for decorative use only, not as toys. They must always be hung out of baby's reach and removed once your little one starts pushing up — usually around 5 months

Every single one. That also means small variations in shape, texture, or color are completely normal — they're not imperfections, they're what makes your piece one of a kind.

Boucle fabric is delicate and beautiful — and it needs to stay dry. Clean with a sticky lint roller only. Never wash, wipe with a wet cloth, or apply any cleaning products. This applies to both our boucle night lights and boucle baby mobiles. If you're not using the item for a while, remove the batteries.

Yes — we offer custom orders. You can choose colors, adjust the palette, or request a specific size. Just reach out at Contact before placing your order and we'll work out the details together.

Battery life depends on brightness level and how often you use it — typically a few weeks with regular use. We recommend removing batteries if the light won't be used for an extended period.

The LED sits behind the cloud shape, creating a soft halo glow around it. The boucle fabric itself is decorative — it gives the night light its cozy, textured look.

Mount it on the wall to the side of the crib — never directly above where your baby sleeps. This keeps it safely out of reach and creates a soft ambient glow without shining directly into baby's eyes

Yes. Every ChilDecor night light comes with a remote control so you can dim it for sleep, brighten it for night feeds or diaper changes — without turning on the main light and waking baby fully.

The night light itself runs on 3 AA batteries. The remote control uses one CR2032 coin battery. Both are easy to replace and widely available.

Our mobiles are purely decorative — no music, no motor. They're designed to gently catch air movement and naturally rotate, offering calm visual stimulation without overstimulating a newborn.

Once your baby starts pushing up on their hands and knees — usually around 5 months — it's time to remove the mobile from above the crib. This follows safe sleep guidelines. The mobile can still be used as nursery wall decor after that.

Absolutely — once it's time to remove the mobile from the crib, it makes beautiful wall decor. Many of our customers keep it in the nursery or move it to a playroom long after the baby stage.

Around 12 inches (30 cm) above the mattress is the sweet spot for newborns — it matches their natural focal distance and gives them the best view.

Absolutely. Our products are a popular baby shower and newborn gift. If you'd like a personal note included, just mention it in the order notes at checkout.

We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before the date to account for production and shipping time. For custom orders, give us a little extra time — we'll confirm the timeline with you.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• If you're returning because of a defect, damage, or a mistake on our end — we'll cover the return shipping cost, no questions asked.
• If you're returning for personal reasons — the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — because they were made just for you. To make sure you love the result, we can share photos and/or videos of your item before it ships, so you can approve the design, shape, or colors. The only exception is if there was an error on our end (wrong name, wrong color, wrong item) — in that case, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
