Baby Mobile Care & Safety

Please read before hanging your mobile and keep these instructions for future reference.

Before you hang it

  1. Inspect the mobile after delivery and before every use. If you notice a loose part, damaged string or other damage, do not use it and contact us.
  2. Use secure hanging hardware suitable for your ceiling or wall. For a crib-rail mount, use an appropriate crib attachment, such as our plastic crib mobile holder, and follow its instructions.
  3. There is no single safe distance for every crib and baby. The closest hanging element must always be beyond your baby's reach from the mattress. For a newborn, 30-40 cm (12-16 in) above the mattress is a visual-placement guide only; check again whenever the mattress height changes and raise or remove the mobile if any part can be reached.
  4. Check the ring, cords, knots, felt figures, beads and hanging hardware regularly. Stop using the mobile if anything becomes loose or damaged.
