The ChilDecor Bouclé Cloud and Moon Baby Mobile is a handmade crib mobile — a hanging nursery decoration made from bouclé fabric shapes, each one filled with hollowfiber and covered in the soft, looped weave that defines the material. A moon hangs at the center, six clouds surround it at different heights, and white wool balls and natural wooden beads complete the composition. The whole piece turns slowly above your baby's crib. This mobile is designed for nursery decoration, not for play.
Each cloud and moon is shaped and sewn by hand. Bouclé fabric has a slight variation in texture from piece to piece — no two are exactly identical.

How do you hang a plush baby mobile?
Hang the mobile from a standard ceiling hook, centered above the crib. The mobile comes with a wooden ring base ready to hang; the ceiling hook is not included. Position it high enough that baby cannot reach any of the elements, even when standing in the crib. A crib arm attachment is available separately if you'd like to mount the mobile directly to the crib rail rather than the ceiling — is available for separate purchase — buy crib arm.
When should you take down a baby mobile?
Take the mobile down once your baby begins to push up on hands and knees — typically around 5 months. At that stage, baby can reach up and pull on hanging elements. Our mobiles are nursery décor, not toys. They're designed to hang out of reach at all times.
How do you clean a boucle baby mobile?
Use a sticky lint roller — the same one you'd use for clothing. Do not wash, wet, or apply any cleaning products to the soft elements. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings — that's normal. Small differences between individual pieces are a natural part of the handmade process.
